* All members, excluding Life Members, must have fully paid their annual membership fees, including the 2025 fee, to be eligible for the MASO member registration rate.
** Group registration for MASO members is applicable to groups comprising at least 5 members from the same institution/organisation. To proceed with registration, please contact the conference secretariat via email.
*** Students to provide valid proof of current student status. Acceptable forms of proof include a student ID card, a current course schedule, or an official enrollment letter from your institution.
Registration & Payment Instructions
All registrations must be submitted together with payment.
Participants are required to complete and submit the online registration form to confirm their participation.

A scanned copy of the proof of payment MUST be uploaded to the system upon completing registration.
For participants using LO as the mode of payment, please upload a commitment letter instead.
Official receipts will be issued upon request. Please email your request to the Honorary Treasurer (wanying@upm.edu.my).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
A refund of fees, less 50% administrative charges, may be requested on or before 15th August 2025.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15th August 2025.
If you are unable to attend, a replacement participant is allowed at no additional cost, provided written notice is submitted prior to the Conference.
